A unit that is ready, and goes straight to work.
Experienced, highly skilled professionals who already know each other and have shipped together, and who build with AI agents every day. No forming stage and no getting acquainted, so the work starts in the first week. The unit takes a job end to end, or works next to your own team and teaches it to work the same way.
One contract, one accountable person, and that person works in the unit. Three to twelve months is the usual shape, and the mix can change mid-project without a new procurement.
Hi, I'm Samppa Turunen.
I work with teams through coaching, and I stay close to the technical work.
I lead by coaching, because motivated, trusted teams tend to do better work. That belief comes from 26 years as an engineer, CTO, COO and Product Director, and I still write code most days. I keep advice vendor-independent, and I am happiest where the technology serves a real purpose.
My work connects technology, product and business across healthcare, public services, cloud gaming, smart homes and indoor positioning.

People first
A team that enjoys working together does better work, and better work makes people want to stay together. Building that loop is most of the job.
Teambuilding is the unglamorous half: shared goals, credit where it belongs, and enough trust to raise the awkward thing early. I trained as an ICF-accredited business coach so coaching would be a practised skill, not a management slogan.

Real outcomes over deliverables
If nobody acts on the report, the team is no further along. I care about what is different for people and for the work after I leave.
At G-cluster and Wiztivi, monthly delivery became how we worked with major European telcos. I later led the Finnish organisation through two acquisitions without losing that rhythm.

Hands-on curiosity
I still design, build and ship products: AI, SaaS, IoT hardware. Staying hands-on keeps my advice honest.
Recent work includes AISSD document intelligence, Tap'n Go RFID safety, an electricity-price controller, and an OCR gate system. My advice has to survive contact with my own code and customers.
